We want you to be happy with your Qurated Quiz. Because each quiz is created personally for the customer and their occasion, our cancellation and refund arrangements reflect the bespoke nature of the service while preserving your legal rights.

Cancelling before we begin work

If you change your mind before we have started creating your quiz, please contact us as soon as possible.

Consumers purchasing online will normally have a 14-day cancellation period beginning on the day the contract is entered into.

If we have not yet begun work on your quiz, you may cancel during that period and receive a full refund.

Asking us to begin within the 14-day cancellation period

Our standard delivery period begins once we receive your completed Curation Brief.

When submitting your Curation Brief, you will be asked to expressly request that we begin work before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

If you cancel after we have begun work but before your quiz has been completed, we may deduct or charge an amount that reasonably reflects the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.

If the service has been fully performed after you expressly requested that work begin during the cancellation period and acknowledged that your cancellation right would end once the service was completed, your right to cancel for a change of mind will end at that point.

After your quiz has been completed

Because each Qurated Quiz is created specifically for the customer and their group, we do not ordinarily offer refunds for a simple change of mind once the service has been fully completed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your quiz is faulty, materially different from what was agreed, or the service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill, please contact us and we will work with you to put matters right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting or re-performing the service, or providing an appropriate price reduction or refund.

Errors or changes to information supplied by you

Your quiz will be created using the information supplied in your Curation Brief.

Please check that the information you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for errors resulting directly from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

If you realise that you have provided incorrect information, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where work has not progressed too far.

Cancelling an order

To request cancellation, contact us at quratedquizzes@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.

Please include:

• your name;

• your order number; and

• the email address used when placing the order.

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed without undue delay and normally using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
